Our kittens are raised in a clean, loving, home-based environment where their health and social development come first. We follow responsible breeding practices and never compromise on the physical or emotional well-being of our kittens. Each kitten receives proper nutrition, veterinary care, and early socialization before joining a new family.
Our Deposit Policy
A deposit is required to reserve a kitten from a current or upcoming litter. Deposits confirm your serious intent to adopt and allow us to plan responsibly. Deposits are generally non-refundable; however, they may be transferable to another available kitten or future litter at our discretion if circumstances change.

Our Refund Policy
Due to the nature of live animals, we do not offer refunds once a kitten has been reserved or has gone to its new home. In the rare event that we are unable to provide your reserved kitten, your deposit will be refunded or transferred according to your preference.
Our Sales Tax Policy
Sales tax is applied in accordance with local and state regulations where applicable. Any required taxes will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase to ensure full transparency.
Our Pickup Policy
Kittens must be picked up on the agreed-upon date and time. We ask adopters to arrive prepared with a secure carrier and a calm environment for transport. If pickup needs to be delayed, prior communication is required, and additional boarding fees may apply.
Delivery Options
We may offer delivery options depending on location and circumstances. All deliveries are arranged with the kitten’s safety and comfort as the top priority. Delivery fees vary based on distance and method and are the responsibility of the adopter.
Our Health Warranty Agreement
Each kitten is sold with a health warranty covering genetic or congenital conditions for a specified period. Details of the warranty, including coverage and requirements, are provided in writing at the time of adoption. Routine veterinary care and proper nutrition are required to maintain warranty validity.
Our Visitation Policy
Visits are available by appointment only. This policy helps maintain a calm, hygienic environment and protects our kittens from unnecessary stress or exposure. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Additional Policies
We reserve the right to refuse a sale if we believe a home is not a suitable match for one of our kittens. Our priority is always the lifelong safety and happiness of each kitten. By placing a deposit or completing a purchase, you agree to all policies listed on this page.
